How do you guys clean your gear and how often?
We pride ourselves in crazy clean gear for all of our rentals. We hand clean every single tent that comes back to us from a rental.
What kind of gear does Open-Air carry?
Top name brands across the board. Others may claim to, but we actually do it. You actually get to pick the brand and style you need depending on the type of trip you are taking.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel two weeks or more in advance of your rental period, we don't charge you. If you cancel less than two weeks in advance, we will charge you in full.
